​Who is this for?

These sessions are for couples, women, or individuals who feel called to connect deeply with their spirit baby and seek guidance before welcoming their child into their lives. These sessions are ideal for those who are in pre-conception, trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, or currently pregnant.

How will it take place?​

All sessions can be held either online or in person. If you choose the online option, you will receive a Zoom link after booking your session, and a recording will be provided afterward. If you prefer an in-person session, I will welcome you into my home in southern Portugal.

​Combination with other sessions

If you have previously experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, or pregnancy release, I highly recommend embarking on the 1:1 Healing Journey I offer specifically for these experiences. You are warmly invited to book a pre-call with me, so you can explore where you feel most drawn to commit at this time.

About this healing journey:

A Spirit Baby session is a sacred space where we connect with the energy of your spirit baby—your unborn child—whether you are preparing for conception or are currently pregnant. We create a safe, protected space that allows healing and guidance to flow naturally. Each session is unique, personal, and can be profoundly deep and transformative.

I will listen to your story and provide space for you to explore any processes or feelings present in your body.

As we open the portal for your spirit baby to come through, we also open a powerful channel of divine light and love. This can be a deeply moving experience, allowing suppressed emotions or stagnant energy to surface and release. Everything that arises is welcome and honored as part of your unique and powerful journey.

Spirit Baby communication

Together, we open the channel for your spirit baby to come through.

At times, I serve as a bridge, a channel, between you and your spirit baby, delivering messages. Other times, the energies may guide you toward direct contact or into a meditative, receptive state. Occasionally, I may be guided to work with energy clearing or distance healing, always following the flow of your energy and that of your baby.

 

You may receive guidance on rituals that you can practice alone or with your partner. 

 

Additionally, you may receive insights on areas you need to clear or work through to prepare for your baby’s physical arrival. 

Your spirit baby may even offer specific guidance for your birth experience or for your postpartum period.

 

Your spirit baby connects deeply with you, reading your cellular energy, and can guide you through a lot relating to your mental, physical, emotional, relational and spiritual well-being. A Spirit baby session can be a profound healing experience, as sometimes a spirit baby will guide you to release deep trauma from this life or from another lifetime.
