My Story
Since childhood, Sofia has been in communication with the spirits of the before-life—the spirit babies.
They connected with her through dreams and play, and deep down, she always knew that one of her missions on Earth was to create a space where New Earth children could blossom and flourish.
Even before becoming pregnant with her first child, the spirit of her baby guided her, leading Sofia to make a conscious decision to step away from the disconnected culture during her pregnancy. This marked her deep commitment to life.
When her daughter was born, and throughout the early years of her life, Sofia sensed that her child was a unique and deeply attuned being. Over time, she realized that children are naturally sensitive and connected, while we, as adults, often become disconnected from our essence, true nature, and emotions—energies that need to flow freely through us.
Sofia is devoted to helping parents connect more deeply with their children and with themselves, whether before conception, during pregnancy, or throughout parenthood. She supports New Earth children and their parents in navigating a wide range of emotions, empowering parents to hold space for their own healing and for their little ones.
Driven by a desire to explore the mysteries of life, Sofia studied developmental psychology, pre- and perinatal psychology, and movement therapy. She is also trained as an Aware Parenting instructor, trauma-informed therapist, pre- and postpartum yoga teacher, and spirit baby channel.
Sofia offers workshops for parents and parents-to-be, facilitates playgroups and family events, and provides one-on-one sessions, including spirit baby readings.
She is also a mother of two children, a community member and co-creator of a kids temple - a New Earth mystery school for kids and their parents.
My Approach
Connecting with spirit babies is, for me, a profoundly sacred practice. When we wish to open ourselves to the realm of spirit babies, it requires a deep connection with our heart center. It is through this expansion of our hearts that the channel opens, allowing spirit babies to come through and communicate.
Rituals is a cornerstone of my daily life and an essential part of my approach to this work. Through rituals, the energies speak to me, guiding the process and creating a safe, powerful container for deep healing and connection.
As human beings, mothers, and fathers, we are the bridge for the New Earth children to come to this world. When they sense our connection to Mother Earth, the elements, our bodies, emotions, and relationships, they feel the sacredness of life. It is through this attunement that we welcome these souls with love and presence.
